Details
[Blocking Requested - why for this release]: Core accessibility feature doesn't work correctly As I understand it, you should be able to scroll the page with two fingers when in screen reader mode. This currently doesn't work, which makes apps or pages with a broken focus chain impossible to explore.

This currently doesn't work, which makes apps or > pages with a broken focus chain impossible to explore. So unlike android, scrolling won't happen if you drag two fingers on the screen. The way we scroll is by two finger swipes in the same direction as you would drag (with swipe speed). This will result in scroll of 1 page size delta.
