[1.Description]:
[Aries KKv2.5[[Flame KK 2.2&v2.5]Reboot device with SIM card's PIN enable, Open Notificaionts menu and tap "Locked SIM card" when the "Enter SIM PIN" view is diaplayed. You can see screen shifts a little to the left and homescreen background can be seen from right side.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Precondition: Insert a SIM card with PIN enabled.

1.Reboot device and wait until the "Enter SIM PIN" view is diaplayed.
2.Open Notifications menu.
3.Tap "Locked SIM card".

[3.Expected Result]: 
3.The screen should be displayed normally and homescreen background can not be seen.

[4.Actual Result]: 
3.The screen moves to the left and homescreen background can be seen from right side.

1.Tap "Locked SIM card" in Notifications menu on Flame KK v2.2 build, only the Notifications menu will move to the left and homescreen background can be seen from right side of screen.
2.When the "Enter SIM PIN" view pops up again, the problem will disappear. If user enter the PIN when the issue occur, this issue will exist all the time except reboot device.
