STR: (Win7_64, Nightly 44, 32bit, ID 20151023030245, new profile) 1. Open devtools -> Inspector on this page 2. Right-click <html> node, click ":hover" menuitem to enable :hover pseudoclass 3. Right-click <html> node, click ":hover" menuitem to disable :hover pseudoclass 4. Open pseudoclass panel in ruleview Expectations: After step 4 checkbox should display that there's no pseudoclass lock Result: Checkbox ":hover" displays that <html> has :hover pseudoclass lock, but it doesn't. If I click on that checkbox, it blinks and becomes marked again - after that <html> does have :hover pseudoclass lock.

It is both interesting and sad matter, Reproducible on nightly 44 and also on release 41.0.2

Inspector bug triage. Filter on CLIMBING SHOES. Confirmed on Nightly today. Rule view displays wrong information -> P2.
