[1.Description]:
[B2GDroid]Navigate to the settings app, select "Sound", under the "Tones" category, select "Manage Tones", tap the "+" button and select a track, tap the Done button, then tap the Save button, it will crash. Repeat step 1-3, you could see the track is saved successfully, but the default ringtone has not been changed.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Navigate to the settings app. 
2. Select "Sound".
3. Under the "Tones" category, select "Manage Tones".
4. Tap the "+" button and select a track.
5. Tap the Done button.
6. Tap the Save button.


[3.Expected Result]: 
In step 6, you could receive a notification flashes briefly in the notification area. The notification also indicates the ringtone is set as the default. 

[4.Actual Result]: 
In step 6, it will crash, repeat step 1-3, you could see the track save successful, but the default ringtone has not been changed.

Can you attach a couple of ringtones? None of my sound files show up in list at step 4.
