I see no relation to this commit and its backout and the bug at hand. It sounds to me that the bug number was incorrectly set. It has happened twice now. Please assign this change to the correct bug

I am so sorry. I missed it the first time, fixed it only half-way the second time. I will do my best. For now I've tagged the land/backout notices as spam so they hopefully don't confuse future spelunkers.
