Because Bug 1189337 the user now is not able to log out from android. I think this bug should have a higher priority now or the fix from Bug 1189337 should be reverted.
What's your opinion :ddurst

Isn't sign out available in the nav, under More?
Flags: needinfo?(ddurst) → needinfo?(madalin.cotetiu)
Yes there is a link to sign out there, but it is not working. That's the issue I was describing in this bug.

Oh, so you're saying that because bug 1189337 took away the only other sign out link, this becomes more important. Gotcha. I'd like to fix this issue instead of reverting that one just yet.

Is this the only link that behaves that way? I would expect to see that on several links in the menu. I don't have an Android device to test with.

Also, there have been lots of nav changes since this bug was filed. Could you clear locale storage and the offline cache and let me know if a) this is still present and b) if it happens on any other nav item?

I cleared local storage and offline cache. The Sign out link is still not working, every other links there are working perfectly.
I tried it with Android 4.2.1 and Android 5.1 with the same results.

Priority: P4 → P2
The tap areas on android seem very flaky in general. Larger hit targets make this issue less apparent but there isn't much more we could do about it.
