Bug 1217341 found that we count disabled GMP plugins in the v4 about:healthreport. We can easily work around this in fhr-jelly so we don't need to block on the client bug 1218842 here.

Confirming this fix on staging with latest Nightly 45.0a1, across platforms [1]. [1] Mac OS X 10.11.1, Windows 7 64-bit and Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit
