Details

We moved too fast and didn't make good CSS decisions. The memory styling needs cleaned up badly.

Also:

* Pull out some styles for the general tree if possible, so it can be used elsewhere
* Pull out any styles that can be used toolbox wide (some .devtools-button overrides and what not due to not using XUL styles, or having to use data- attrs because of react)

Should this still be open? ntim and vp made a bunch of css refactors during and after the initial landing. Are there still big refactorings of the styles required?

I don't believe so, I think this is redundant at this point. vp, ntim, please reopen if I'm wrong
