Required steps:

1. Create a seamonkey-related Help similar to <https://support.mozilla.org/de/kb/wie-funktioniert-schutz-vor-betrugsversuchen-und-schadprogrammen#w_wie-verwende-ich-den-betrugsversuch-und-schadprogrammschutz>
1.1 and localizations

2. Create a SeaMonkey template for Google. It can be based on FF template
2.1 and localizations

3. Adapt Link in SM Help

Currently a click on 'Help → Report Web Forgery ...' leads to a page <https://www.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/?tpl=mozilla>, what shows a Firefox logo and always tells about FF, not about SM.

We should try to get something with SM logo and SM, strings, links to FF information may remain, fair enough.

Replacing "mozilla" by 2seamonkey" in the link will lead to a report page without FF mentioned, what will work, too, but unfortunately does not contribute additional information.

We can ask google for an own report page or may be do some similar tricks like lemon_juice did for fix of Bug 1145026?

May be someone can think about this while fixing "Bug 1200263 - 'Help → Report Web Forgery ...' does nothing"
Whiteboard: [easyconfirm]
The generic web forgery page not only misses the the two links to http://www.mozilla.org/projects/bonecho/anti-phishing/ but it also lacks the report link for incorrect phish tagging.
Depends on: 1200263
Someone should talk to google about this. Well first of all we need to find the right person at google to talk about this. Assuming Google wants to talk to us. Does anyone know if other browsers have their own specific landing pages? Chrome. Opera. Maxthon. K-Meleon etc.
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:43.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/43.0 SeaMonkey/2.40
Build-Identifikator: 2016011800

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:43.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/43.0 SeaMonkey/2.40
Build-Identifikator: 20160120202951

Additional information: With these versions/platforms nothing happens, the google page does not open at all. On Linux I also created a new profile and started with LANG=C (usually I use LANG=de_DE.UTF-8), again nothing happens. On Windows this is a fresh installation (the german version from https://download.mozilla.org/?product=seamonkey-2.40&os=win&lang=de )
The link is broken in 2.40. This was fixed in Bug 1200263 for Seamonkey 2.42. Should work in the upcoming 2.43,
My Server-Installation of official en-US SeaMonkey 2.50a1 (NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:53.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/53.0 Build 20170110004313 (Default Classic Theme) on German WIN7 64bit goes to <https://safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/?tpl=mozilla&hl=en-US&url=https%3A%2F%2Fbugzilla.mozilla.org%2Fshow_bug.cgi>

<https://safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/> is a page without software product relation, it appears in German -- may be because of my location or because I am logged in to Google or because of my German WIN - I don't know.

For now I would created a SeaMonkey-project.org forward page which shows some help (may be also a link to FF Help page) and forwards to <https://safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/> after 10 seconds. With progress as per User Story Forward can be adapted without having to touch SeaMonkey code.
