July 22nd doesn't seem that long ago to me.

You cannot draw any conclusions from not having bot comments, because now the bot doesn't comment unless there are more than five occurrences per week. According to https://brasstacks.mozilla.com/orangefactor/?display=Bug&bugid=1221426&entireHistory=true&tree=trunk this happened three times in July.
