Currently only one user can 'own' an add-on listing, and can't transfer it to another.  This doesn't work for complex or commercial add-ons who will have teams of developers, and longer term add-on developers will want to be able to transfer ownership.
Minimal backend work for this is done, in the sense that we can have multiple authors. No roles or teams though, and it's not exposed in the API yet.
