Details

We will likely need 2 new asset sizes for TV support: preview and icon.

These are TBD, but should be decided by EOD 11/5.
NOT yet decided, as the design is still pending, but the UX confirms that preview and icon are what we'll need.

We need to provide this for both websites and webapps (hosted), but we can use existing fields (icon_type, icon_hash, promo_img_hash).
