Once the tests have been added and can be run locally, configure Travis to run the tests as well. This may either end up being a single test run, which includes both unit and functional tests, or two separate runs, one for each type.

This was completed last quarter. The tests are running in Travis and even sending html reports (upon final commit) to s3.
