Description:
When the device is booted up, the screen will display at full brightness for the opening FxOS splash pages. The Aries device will then snap down to half brightness before fading to the appropriate brightness. Since the default brightness is set to maximum on the device, this means the display will always dim and then fade back up to the maximum brightness, every time the device boots up.

Notes:
-This behavior does not occur on the Flame device, which simply snaps to the proper brightness level directly, rather than performing a fade, like the Aries device.
-The time the brightness changes is addressed in bug 1223216

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20151109152230
2) Make sure the device is set for Maximum brightness in Settings > Display and then restart the device.
3) Watch the screen brightness, and note the screen brightness level.

Actual:
The screen brightness snaps dim to half brightness then fades back up to the proper brightness level.

Expected:
The screen brightness fades directly to the proper brightness level from maximum, rather snapping to half brightness first.

This issue DOES occur on the latest Aries 2.5, as well as the Aries RC4 build.
The screen brightness snaps dim to half brightness then fades back up to the proper brightness level.
