[GTK][Debian][ibus][pinyin] Backspace doesn't work using any other input method beside US keyboard on some site

Steps to reproduce:

Open firefox 38 or above, in Debian 8 
Go to some site like www.messenger.com
Type something with ibus method, like pinyin.
Try to Backspace. Nothing happen, blink a little or so. 
Switch back to US Keyboard, Works again. 


Actual results:

Nothing happen when use backspace in some website like messenger.com. using ibus input method like pinyin


Expected results:

you just type, and everything work with every input method of your choice, just like any other software on the system

I cannot reproduce this issue with firefox 61 in GNOME in Fedora 29.

Moving all open keyboard/IME handling bugs to DOM: UI Events & Focus Handling component.
