Details

steps to reproduce:
1. Upload an add-on
2. As an editor, reject the add-on
3. As an editor, approve the same add-on

expected behavior:
Since we allow editors to go back an approve a rejected add-on, after step #3, the add-on should be publicly available

actual behavior:
The add-on details page returns a 404 on prod and tracebacks on stage
