First, we may need a proposal of wireframe for this project.
I think Francis would be a great candidate to own this bug. Francis, what do you think? Do you prefer to have one bug to track the wireframe for whole system, or to track it in separate bugs? Thanks.

Hi Kevin, 

On previous projects I've worked on, there haven't been bugs raised specifically for UI, but UI wireframes and specs would be attached to relevant bugs. If there's a meta-bug for this project, we could attach a generic UI spec to that metabug.

Based on below I think we can close this bug now, and expect to have relevant UI wireframe/spec. for each corresponding user story/feature in the future.
