Description:
If the user chooses to pin a site in the browser and then they tap just above the brawser bar on the screen the browser bar will open. if the user types in a webpage and hits enter it will open 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20151112122058
2) Open browser
3) Navigate to a web page
4) Click on the three dots to open menu and select the pin option
5) Tap the status bar near the URL bar
6) type in a webpage or search and hit enter
7) dismiss pin screen
8) Observe current website

Actual:
User can navigate to a different page while in the pin the web screen

Expected:
It is expected that the user cannot navigate web pages behind the pin screen

This issue DOES occur on Flame 2.6 and Flame 2.5.

After the user has invoked the Pin dialog, the user should not be allowed to do anything except close or choose 1 of the 2 pin actions. 

So the status bar should be disabled so that user cannot open the URL bar to navigate to a new page.
