Details
In 2015 and 2016, we'll work to port the feedback form from the Android client to Input. This bug will track that effort.

The webby bits of this work were merged and have landed on production for all to use: https://github.com/mozilla/fjord/pull/723. We're still waiting on client-side changes to use this form instead of in-client code; those may land in Fx Android 47 or so.
