The spec says: If there is no child summary element, the user agent should provide its own legend (e.g. "Details"). We need to localize the "Details" string for the default summary.

I don't know the process of translating this string into other languages. Do I need to worry about that? Of course, I could help translate it into Chinese if needed.

No, you don't need to. If you want, you can do that on https://pontoon.mozilla.org/ once the code reaches aurora.
