Bug 1024672 implemented support for storing crash classifications, but we still need to implement the actual fetch logic. For now, a dummy implementation will have to do because a proper classification server does not exist yet.

I think bug 1024672 comment 0 explains it. Basically this bug is about contacting the crash classification server (not sure what the state of that is at the moment) and storing the classification in the response.
