Details

Tasks are still being created using slugid.v4() instead of slugid.nice() that does not allow it to start with a hyphen.  Changes were made to make sure the graph ID used the right method, but because of an outdated taskcluster-task-factory package used to build the tasks, the wrong method is used for the tasks.
