Author & Title search fields are displayed, but keyword not displayed



Expected results:

Author, Title and keyword search fields should be displayed

Sridhar, please describe what you are doing and what you see and what you expect to see. At the moment, it's unclear where you navigate and what you mean with 'Author' and 'Title'.
