New careers instances will run on Deis. We need a way to run 

 - ./manage.py syncjobvite

every X minutes.
As part of this task please also hook this up to dead mans snitch to alert if syncjobvite is not running.
C can you please tell me how often the syncjobvite cron job runs on careers.mozilla.org?
