Summary: Use a darker stroke for tab svg icons on Windows → Use a darker stroke for inverted tab svg icons on Windows
Attached patch Patch (obsolete) — Splinter Review
The older new tab inverted image had a #707070 border, but I went for a darker one #666 (which is consistent with the tab arrow inverted SVG). I also tweaked the XPVista7 version of the tab arrow, since there was a color mismatch between that icon and the XPVista7 new tab icon.
