Details

1. we don't have 2.5 builds for Flame working for nightly (pvtbuilds have not produced a recent build )
2. we need a separate Flame build for OTA and nightly as they will be on different geckos ( OTA branch and Mozilla Central)
3. we have a 2.5 Flame Dogfood which is not running OTA Branch.
2.5 is dead.
