User Story

As a Firefox OS add-on developer, I would like more powerful APIs specific to Gaia that will make it easy to modify pieces of the system UI, and will not break in future version of Firefox OS.

Example ideas:
1.) API to extend the Copy-Paste menu with new buttons/functionality
2.) Events bubbled to chrome.runtime for System level actions, eg. onBeforeLaunchApp, onOpenTaskManager
3.) API to trigger window management actions
