Steps to reproduce:

Open keyboard (for example, by writing a message). Wait for a system message (like update notifications) to appear.


Actual results:

While the message lays on top of almost everything, the keyboard is laying on top of the message (see attachment Keyboard-over-message.png).


Expected results:

The message should sit on top of everything, so that it is fully visible.

I no longer reproduce the issue on Flame. It's probably been fixed. I'm closing this bug.
