1230926 - Add-on version buttons have layout issues in review page

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load MP-stage Content Tools page https://marketplace.allizom.org/content/
2. Go to review page for an addon with more than one version (https://marketplace.allizom.org/content/addon/review/addon/c-in-clara  )
3. Click the Publish/Reject button

Expected results:
There are no display or layout issues.

Actual results:
The “Are you sure?” pop-up is causing layout issues with the other buttons.

Notes/Issues:
There is also no "Cancel" option after clicking the "Publish/Reject" version button.
Verified on FF45(Win 7) Issue is reproducing on MP-stage and MP-dev.

Layout issues, but still usable. The button that needs to be clicked to confirm is the "Are you sure?" button which is clickable.

To cancel, can refresh the page.
