[Aries KK v2.5&master][Flame KK v2.5&master]When user tag a notification with same tag to replace an old one from http://mozilla-b2g.github.io/qa-testcase-data/webapi/notifications/index.html,they can't find "onclose" from logcat.

1. Create a notification with title A with tag X from http://mozilla-b2g.github.io/qa-testcase-data/webapi/notifications/index.html with permission granted.
2. Tag a notification with title B with tag X from http://mozilla-b2g.github.io/qa-testcase-data/webapi/notifications/index.html

[3.Expected Result]: 
2. The existing notification should be replaced with onclose & onshow fired in logcat

2. The existing notification is replaced but just onshow fired in logcat
