If we stop shipping Universal builds of Firefox on Mac, 32-bit plugins will stop working. We should get telemetry to figure out how many 32-bit plugin starts actually occur in the wild. My theory is that Silverlight (for Netflix) is the vast majority of these, so if we ship EME for Mac we can write the rest off, but I don't know for sure.
