Details

From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.8+) Gecko/20020201
BuildID: 2002020103

I just installed the latest build of Mozilla (0.9.8+, despite its
lack-of-appearance throughout the site!), to find that Password Manager has
failed. Every time I open up Mail, I'm asked for the passwords to my mail
accounts. I enter them and check the "Use Password Manager to remember this
password" box, but the Master Password box never pops up. Same kind of situation
with web sites. All my logins have been forgotten. I'm sure they're still in the
Password Manager somewhere, but I can't pull up the Manage Stored Passwords
option within the Preferences dialog. It's as if the Password Manager has been
removed from the code, but not the UI.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have some stored passwords.
2. Install the latest Mozilla build.
3. Try anything that involves a stored password.

Actual Results: The "Master Password" box doesn't appear as it should, or the
username/password values aren't filled in.

Expected Results: Mozilla should pop up the box or fill in the values.
WFM win 98 build 2002020208
I'm officially, legally retarded.

I didn't install the Personal Security Manager when I put the new nightly in.
Very important.
