1233001 - Switch from geodude to MLS

Description

GeoDude (geo.mozilla.org) will be decommissioned soon and the snippets service needs to switch to MLS for location info.

Hanno already provided the needed API keys and documentation.

The plan is to get beta, aurora and nightly to the new geolocation service before EOY, verify and flip the switch for release early 2016.

[bug 1233001] Add client.channel in cache key.

Since snippets_js changes based on client channel we need to add that
too in the cache key generation recipe. Once we complete MLS migration
and release switches too we can safely delete this code.
