We should get something that notifies us of changes to the loop directory in mozilla-central, so that we can pick them up before we do a merge to m-c.

One potential thought is to base this around some of the ideas of https://github.com/mozilla/loop-client/blob/master/extract_from_hg.py

We could have this running on a dev server or from a cronjob somewhere.
