[1.Description]:
[Arieskk2.5&master][Flame2.5&master][Settings]In "Submit your feedback" contents input box, while we input texts more than 4 lines, the hidden text can't be seen agian.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Launch settings.
2. Open Settings > Improve Firefox OS > Send Mozilla Feedback.
3. Select "Happy" or "Sad".
4. Type more than 4 line text in the content box.
5.Try to slide the text to first line

[3.Expected Result]: 
5.We should be able to see the text which is hid in content input box, just like in message content input box.

[4.Actual Result]: 
5.The hidden text cannot be displayed agian unless you delete more than 4 lines text .
