Details

Aurelia is having problems signing into SSO sites.   She can get into mana and phonebook so we know she has the right password.    She's been working with Priti to troubleshoot and it appears all the account information is correct.

The last thing Priti did was update Aurelia's WD username to aurelia -- can you verify that is correct?

I'm also confirming with WPR that she has an Egencia account -- the site she specifically mentioned she's having issues with.
She had two accounts in Egencia and that was causing the problem.   We fixed this and she's working.  Closing this.
