As part of the effort to reduce and prevent the ping size to grow out of control, we're planning to limit unbounded fields in the main ping.

It doesn't seem like simpleMasurements:addonManager has an upper bound, so it might be worth adding that.
:mossop, are the counters from [0] still being used?
