(Whiteboard: [necko-backlog])

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/47.0.2526.106 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Opened Preferences and disabled "accept cookies", then opened a newtab via "+"-Button and entered a website.

This is a fresh firefox 43.0.4 x86 stable installation on windows 10 x64, but was a problem since i first clean-installed windows 10 on this machine. I tested this without any additional changes or addons installed.

Actual results:

If the website is for example "www.der-betze-brennt.de" the duplicate tab CRTL+mousedrag does not work on this tab. This also happens on pages like "moonsault.de" or "tvtv.de" but not on "t-online.de" or "ebay.de" (just some random sites from my favorites). The "extended history" via right-mouse on back-button does not appear either on this tab.

If i re-enable cookies, the still opened tabs work as expected. Re-disabling does not effect the opened tab, but the weird problem explained above affects any additional tabs.

Expected results:

CTRL+Mousedrag should duplicate tabs, like always. The "extended history" via right-mouse on back-button should appear.

I've managed to reproduce this on the latest release(43.0.4) and latest Nightly(46.0a1). This is correctly works on some web pages, but not all of them. On pages that this bug reproduces, Chrome works as expected.

I'm not able to reproduce this issue. It has been more than 3 years and maybe this issue is not valid anymore. bbBrowser, can you confirm this is a valid issue?
