User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_2) AppleWebKit/600.4.10 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/8.0.4 Safari/600.4.10

Steps to reproduce:

* Open Firefox 43.0.4
* Open the attached PDF in the browser

Actual results:

Most of the content displays as expected. But if you look at page 4 (left side) and page 7 (right side) you'll notice the background displays as black, obscuring the content that is underneath it.

Expected results:

The background should be the softer orange with the text readable.
