Details
There are quite a few pseudo-elements that must be used prefixed and can't be worked around (all the input-related pseudo-elements). In order to do something useful for them, like bug 1239646, we need them in our CSS entities database.

I've already added the ones for <input type="range"> and the ones for <progress>

The ones for <meter> are not yet documented. We will add them when done, as part of the regular documentation process. I'm closing this.
