What problem would this feature solve?
======================================
Currently, to delete a page and report its content as spam to Akismet, you have to file the report with Akismet using the revision dashboard, then delete the page. This is tedious. It should be possible on one page.

Who has this problem?
=====================
Core contributors to MDN

How do you know that the users identified above have this problem?

Discussion on #mdn among people who have had this come up.

How are the users identified above solving this problem now?
============================================================
See above.

Do you have any suggestions for solving the problem? Please explain in detail.
==============================================================================
A few ideas have been suggested.

My favorite: Add a "Delete Spam" button to the delete confirmation page, next to the delete button, which does both the report and the delete in one shot.

Optional: add a "report spam" checkbox to that page which tells Kuma to report it on delete.

Optional: Mark as spam and delete if the word "spam" is in the delete comment.

Is there anything else we should know?
