Summary (title) Field:
User will be unable to hang up/end the call when a new call is initiated while the call screen is dismissing

Description:
If the user initiates a new call while the call screen from the previous callscreen is dismissing the new call will start but the user will be unable to end the call.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20160122110550
2) Open dialer
3) Make a phone call
4) Press the red end call
5) Immediately begin tapping on the screen where the make call button is in dialer
6) When the next call starts attempt to hang up the phone
7) Observe being unable to end call

Actual:
The user is unable to end the call

Expected:
It is expected that the user can end calls

This issue DOES occur on Flame 2.6 and Flame 2.5.
