You can "scroll" but no content is painted besides what is initially visible. No scrollbar.

Scrolls fine without e10s.
Scrolls fine for me. Can you repro in a clean profile?
Hmm, works in a fresh profile. The profile I can reproduce in is fairly clean though, only used for testing, nothing important is changed in it that I can remember. Guess I'll have to dig a little into the profile.
For some reason Firefox was trying to load the page http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n/mozilla-aurora/fr/rev/bb9e69248f29 which is a testcase for long layout from another bug. It's not open in any tab, so I have no idea why it was doing that. This locked the content process up at 100% cpu so it couldn't respond.
