I don't see any commits from you in mozilla-central, so I think it's premature to ask for Level 3.  You should build up a history of some code in m-c before asking for Level 3.

Hi dbaron, thanks for your comment. Sorry I may not be clear enough for the access policy defined in [1]. Just thought the upgrade might not totally infer to a history of some code in m-c before asking for Level 3.

I would suggest asking for another vouch, since it has been some time since this last comment.

As I''ve been spending less time on landing code to m-c, I think it's fine to revoke this request.
