1244526 - Ealybird does not restart after upgrade

Steps to reproduce:

I upgrade earlybird regularly by running the "Help->about" menu. Since the beginning of the week, earlybird  does not restart after clicking "Restart earlybird to update"
I can reproduce by following these steps:
-click on help menu, then go to about.
- Wait for the download to finish
-click on "Restart earlybird to update"
- early bird does not restart
- thunderbird proceess is still here but nothing happens

I have disabled extra folder add-on to verify it is not the cause.


Actual results:

Earlybird does not restart,  i'm forced to kill the underlying process. Then I restart manually.


Expected results:

Earlybird should have restarted.

Some more infos :
I'm upgrading from 45 to 46 but upgrade to 46.A2 did not happen, I'm stuck to 45.A2. I will try top update manually.
