This ticket follows https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1136665 where I asked you to be a sponsor of last year event. 

We a running a 6th edition of Mix-IT on april 21st and 22nd at Lyon, France. On of our team members is currently discussing with Steve Klabnik to make him come and give a talk about Rust. 

Could you please confirm me bugzilla is still the way I should ask you for a sponsorship ? And which additionnal details vould help you in you decision ?

Hello Sandra,

When I first saw your message I thought about the form I had to fill last year which was designed to fill details for conference sponsoring requests. 
But I couldn't find I this year, so I assumed you removed it. Could you tell me where I can find the form where I will be able to fill all the expected details ?
