This came from bug 1120128. It's unlikely that DXVA was broken on just this particular card. Either it should work on this card or be broken for at least all of the Cypress range of cards. We have another Evergreen card in the Toronto office that we can try out.

This was before we had the AMD specific checks to block DXVA for higher resolutions/frame rates. I think now that we have that we can remove the blacklist entry, and users will be able to get DXVA for 1080p@30 and below.
