1246718 - Create conversion funnel to understand how many people actually read saved Reader Mode items in offline mode

I'm hoping for a funnel representation / conversion result here. I assume we need to correlate these actions back to individual users.

(1) Users clicks on Reader Mode -> (2) User saves RM item to RL -> (3) User loads RM in offline vs. offline mode.

Ideally, we'd be able to get % for each step, e.g. (1) 30% of people click on RM (2) from those 30%, 10% save RM item to RL -> (3) from those 10% only 3% load the RM items when being offline... etc.

As far as I know, we will have numbers for
