Explicitly record base classes so they don't need to be guessed, and are also recorded for base classes that don't contribute anything to the final struct.

Attachment: Record CSUs' base classes

Makes for better error messages, and maybe eventually better annotations. (Currently, the containment relationship is good enough for everything we care about. But eg RAII class hierarchies could totally make use of this.)
