Description:
When the user creates or edits an alarm, the transition to the alarm setting page will briefly display an odd blocky shift with square lines.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20160209110317
2) Open the clock app
3) Repeatedly open a New Alarm

Actual:
Alarm page transtition briefly displays a blocky shift.

Expected:
The page transition is smooth, and without improper visual artifacts.

This issue DOES occur on the Flame 2.6 build.
